RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
To secure your reservation, please submit an application at least two week in advance. Once the application is approved, a deposit of $100.00 is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total trip cost.

Our team will work closely with you to create a tailored itinerary that meets the specific educational objectives and grade levels of your students. The itinerary will include a combination of guided tours, workshops, and interactive sessions that align with the subjects and topics you wish to focus on during the trip.

The total trip cost, minus the deposit, must be paid in full prior to the trip. Our reservations department will provide you with the necessary payment details. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be provided according to our cancellation policy. If you are tax exempt, please provide copy in advance prior to making the reservation.
CHAPERONES AND GROUP SIZE
We request that an appropriate number of chaperones accompany the students during the trip, as per your school’s policies. The recommended chaperone-to-student ratio will be provided to ensure adequate supervision and a smooth learning experience.
